What are the admissions criteria for selective programs?

Selective Admission Criteria

Ohio University grants admission to the best qualified students based on a selective process. Some academic programs, such as the Honors Tutorial College, the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, College of Business, Russ College of Engineering & Technology, School of Media Arts and Studies and the School of Visual Communication, are more selective than the university's general admission criteria.
